I was real happy with the knowledge and the ability to communicate that knowledge I found at Island Mortgage. When we refinanced everything was explained and question answered. It went efficiently and they met the schedule they told us they would. Around the same time my brother was buying a home and it was an absolute nightmare. Since then I had a friend who had an experience worse than my brother. I told both that I thought the mortgage process was quite easy--and that it would have been for them if they had used Island Mortgage.
