        Terrible business - Avoid at all costs - Sold my elderly mother a bed when she had doctor orders to lease the bed under medicaid. Now they are saying we had a 48 hr return window? who does 48hr return windows? and scams old ladies. These guys do. Cara was so rude on the phone I was in disbelief!

        Two staff working and neither one of them had any knowledge about the bed & chair alarms I was purchasing. Very poor and unprofessional customer service. Not to mention when I asked the 1st lady she yelled at the top of her lungs to the other lady in the back to come out, with me standing right next to her!! Extremely rude and hurt my ears!

        I am speechless about this company and would give 0/5 if I could. What they do to elderly people is heartless and unforgivable. 48 hour return policy is ridiculous. Ripping off the elderly!

        ABSOLUTELY the worst place ever!!! DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!! They are totally overpriced and do not stand by their products. My mother fell and broke her hip. We brought a hospital bed and an recliner. The bed was a piece of garbage and basically fell apart in the first week. I spoke to the owner and she was extremely rude and unhelpful. Stating no refunds or exchanges. Absolutely awful customer service I wouldn't even give it one star.

      We are speechless about your dishonesty! We do not rip off elderly people! We have a right to have a return policy, just like any other store. A return policy which is posted through out the store and was acknowledged and signed when the purchase was made. 48 hours is not our policy and had nothing to do with anything. You purchased a brand new bed from us, we delivered and set it up ASAP for your mothers discharge home from the hospital, and you did not request a return for almost 3 full weeks. You waited until you received a bed through Medicaid and now you want to say that we are ripping people off. How dishonest can you be?

      We have more than 20,000 items in our showroom. With all the supply chain difficulties recently, we are carrying new brands of some items like bed alarms that the staff may have been unfamiliar with. However, generically speaking, bed and chair alarms are something we have always carried and the staff is fully trained and experienced in. We do have two staff members who are hearing impaired. We are sorry you interpreted their hearing impairment as being unprofessional and rude.
