LabCorp

My appointment was for 2:15. It is now 3pm so I went inside to see if everything is ok ( waiting in car because of social distancing, LabCorp calls when they are ready for you). Tech says she is the only one and there is still someone waiting with a 1:30 appointment time!

Very rude staff. Gave me attitude because I walked in at 12:30 and was greeted with “we’re closed!” from a voice yelling from the back. Walked me back to the door to show me the hours on the door that they closed for lunch and said I should have checked the main website and not Google. Going to a different location since I obviously won’t get good service here.

This place is HORRIBLE! I wish I could give it a zero rating. I have an appointment and checked in more than their requested 15 minutes early. Ten minutes after the appointment time I walked back in check if there was a problem. Before I could even speak the lady at the desk burst out with I have nothing for you today. I responded by informing her I had an appointment and had already checked in. Her response great we will call you when we are ready. Twenty minutes after the scheduled appointment time I rcvd the text that they were ready. Miss Rude practically shouted what do you need. Anyway, I will never come back here and recommend nobody else does either They clearly dont want the business if they hire bottom if the barrel people like this person
