The acai bowls literally taste like nothing. Very hard to explain but they are tasteless and dry. 3 stars for very clean place and friendly staff.

Loved this place when it opened, over time the customer service has gotten worse and worse, I would routinely call in every morning looking for a shake on the way to work, I would call 3-4 times without an answer, and the days I did get an answer the shake would not be ready in 15 or so minutes after order, none of the girls knew how to scan a card or the machine doesn’t work right and would have to manually type in a credit card every single time, all of which adds time especially when you are on a short schedule, really didn’t want to have to switch over to crop hut honestly their service is so much more consistent and they actually pick up sales calls. Only writing this so that the owner can try to fix these issues before a potentially good business loses even more customers, uploaded a photo, just tried even today to get a shake, called 4 times on my drive, it rings and rings and nobody ever picks up. It’s very frustrating, all I want to do is buy some of your service. But the customer service is all in all inconsistent to say the very least.

I ordered a kids size chocolate smoothie which was drowning in cinnamon. Inedible. When I went back one of the young ladies we made it for me without a cinnamon. This time it came out like a weak strawberry juice with no taste of any of the other ingredients. I asked one of the workers to try it and she said that's the way it was supposed to taste, but I know that's not true because it didn't taste anything like the first one I got which, even though it had much too much cinnamon, also had a chocolate base. Waste of money as both of them went into the garbage.
