Horrible experience!! Blindsided by $500 bill from Quest that apparently wasn't processed properly properly by Dr Hopkins. Plus she lied that she told me this wouldn't be covered. Now must file claim with Medicare. Dr Hopkins no longer works at Pinnacle. Not sure whether she was fired or resigned but she's now in Lenexa, Kansas. I'm at the mercy of pinnacle investigation or Medicare or eating a $500 bill!!!
