When you post your closing time as 8 pm, you stay open til 8pm. Got here at 7:30pm, all locked up. Drove out of my way. Was spending a good bit of money. Your loss!

Lied about phone screen protector warranty for product they sell that covers phone original screen forgot the guys name but they lost my business.

What a joke... Lost my business and commission opportunity due to lack of courtesy and misinformation. The employee was Quick to talk about her opinions and Slow to listen. First of all, a good salesman/saleswoman is a good listener. The customer will lead you to the sale if you listen for the signs! Take a breather after summarizing your promotional script, let the customer guide you to the sale of what they are interested in. Leave the ego at home and practice some humility if you want to succeed and gain more customers. Going to another location with better informed employees and less egotistical atmosphere.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Everytime I Come Here The Red Head Girl Is Always Rude To Everyone With Sassy Remarks. Last Week I Went They Had A New Employee With Braids, You Could Tell She Was Uncertain About A Question We Asked So She Asked Her Co Worker He Was Very Rude To Her As Well. Love T-Mobile But They Need New Staff.

This store is horrible! Go visit the one closer to the beach the manager and her staff are so kind professional and willing to help! This store didn’t even say hi when I walked in I had to ask for help like are you not there to sell to me? And when I finally got someone’s attention the girl was so rude I will never be back to this store got to the one in the plaza with Windixie Marshals and Ulta! do not waste your time at this location!
