excellent. It's family owned. the dad ,Todd, gives the bid and the son does the install. I had some concerns about my new bamboo floor getting wet, there is not much overhang on the the entryway door. Todd answered all my questions, took the measurements and built and installed within the week, not 3 weeks- like the other company- but matched their price! I thought it was purely for function but i gotta say i do love the look of the awning. Quality + price + they are good, down to earth people =Highly reccommended with a 5 star rating from me!
