Took our 2023 Wrangler in for oil change and tire rotation at Firkins in Bradenton. Decided to do a 5 tire rotation including the spare. When I got home, I needed to get something out of the back of the vehicle. Upon closing the rear door, I noticed a wobble from the spare. The technician had simply put the locking lug nut on one of the studs and hadnt tightened it and neglected to put the other two lug nuts on entirely! I had driven 6 miles in heavy traffic with literally one lug nut that wasnt even tight! Thank goodness it hardened fell off in traffic! I immediately called Firkins and talked with my service writer and he told me to bring it back in! I obviously didnt feel comfortable driving it back with only I lug nut so I asked to have someone bring two lug nuts to my home and install them. He agreed to do that and a technician did eventually come out and do just that. I understand that stuff happens and they did come out and fix the issue. What aggravates me is that the service writer never called me to make sure that the issue was resolved. I would think that would be the least they could do just to make sure their customer whom they had inconvenienced was happy! If the wheel had fell off and caused an accident this could have been an entirely different situation. The service writer must have asked me no fewer than 5 times to give him a 5 star rating! Well, earn a 5 star rating and you dont even have to ask! This was not a 5 star experience! Do better! UPDATE: Service Manager from Firkins called me and apologized profusely for the issue happening to begin with and the way it was handled afterward. SoIm good with that and amend my review.

Mike Davidson the Collision Manager at Firkins is the man! He worked tirelessly on our behalf to fix a warranty issue we were having with the hood of our 2018 Pacifica Van. He got it resolved!! Also, he and his staff went above and beyond to fix a " creaking sound " we were having in the driver's side tire well for over a year, that the service department was unable to rectify and said "it was just the nature of the Pacifica's and the Wranglers". Thank you Mike! We will refer friends and family to the Collision Center. Blessings!!

They are the worst service department. Took my vehicle in at 8:30am on 01/30/24, I knew I needed an alternator. Called in the afternoon about 3:00, they didnt get to look at it yet. At 5:00 they still didnt look at it & needed to keep it overnight. The next day(01/31/24 around 10:00am, after not hearing from anyone I called. I left voicemail message with service dept., Dominic, and the service manager James Byrnes (he has yet to call me). Dominic called back about 1:15pm, they still havent had time to look at my vehicle to find out what was wrong and how much it would cost. I said I feel like I am getting the run around. He then checked with service tech, they would get it in to look at in about 15 minutes.Dominic called about 3:55, it is the alternator and it would take 10 days to get the part. I also wanted new wipers and a window regulator motor. They could do the wipers and window motor the next day (02/01/24). I asked what time could I expect to get the vehicle the next day, he said probably around 3. On 2/1/24 about 3:00 p.m. I called Dominic, he said it wasnt ready yet but he would call me when it was ready. I said dont forget, I need the courtesy driver to pick me up. At 4:45pm he called good news/bad news the vehicle is ready but the courtesy driver left at 4, can we keep the van another night. I had no other option. Finally on 2/2/24 about 9:30am I got my vehicle. But wait.they called the alternator is in. I had an appointment at 8:00am on 2/13/24 to install alternator, I was told it would be ready for pick up between 1-2. At 2:30 Dominic calls and said there werent any screws with the alternator, really??, he said they would have to keep it until tomorrow. I finally got my van back 2/14/24 but, I had purchased head light assemblies which he said they would install because they couldnt get them in, however, he said I ordered the wrong part. After leaving Firkins, I took it to another place with the same headlight assembly and they said they were the correct part & they could install on Monday. Probably wont be going back to Firkins.
