When we bought our home in Sarasota we signed up with a different company for yearly clean and recharge of our older ac system. Every year they tried to talk us into buying a new system. The last time they serviced the unit it iced up. We called Adams because of good reviews and they came and determined that previous people most likely released coolant. They recharged the system and recommended not replacing until it died. Three years after our initial meeting with Adams, the ac finally stopped cooling and we had Adams replace it. I feel fortunate to have this company as a trusted service provider .

Our first experience with Adams about a year ago was positive. Our most recent experience was anything but...We called them out to our home as two of our AC units weren't blowing cold. Rather than actually look at the evaporator coils (for possible damage or leakage, as the second AC contractor did) they pumped both system full of Freon to the tune of $600. You'd think that adding over 10 lbs might be indicative of a large leak...Regardless, the AC worked for a few days...and failed again. Although they did offer to credit us the cost of the wasted Freon, their seemingly lazy approach the first time around didn't inspire confidence. We asked repeatedly for a refund, but no one evidently could be bothered to return our text messages... Service: AC repair

Words cannot express the competency and trust that is placed in Adams Cooling. Where others can only speculate what a problem is, Adams finds it and fixes it. A relationship is built on trust and Adams Cooling has that relationship. Punctual and responsive. The problem is solved and for a very fair and reasonable price. I cannot express enough gratitude for having Adams as my Air Conditioning Expert. The highest possible recommendation is given.
