Absolutely horrific!I reached out to them more than a month ago to ask if they had a specific product physically in hand. They answered ambiguously and recommended other brands I was not interested in...Moved on.I then emailed again on Thursday to ask the same thing-no response. I called-no answer.I then get a text message stating they had emailed me "three times". Refreshed my email-nothing. They text me a second time to tell me to check my spam.It was there, but they charge $8 shipping unlike their competitors who also offer coupons.I then decided not to order.They text me AGAIN. I explained why I decided not to order.They then tell me how the coupon they are offering me absorbs the shipping.Yep, it does, but again your competitors offer both the same coupon and free shipping. They text me again to tell me about how shipping is a "cost".Yes I'm well aware.At this point, I stop answering.They proceed to TEXT ME AT LEAST 10 times. Ignoring them was not working. I text them to STOP HARASSING ME. They text back that they are just trying to help-nope you're pushing me HARDCORE to order, and you're displeased that you haven't been able to manipulate/force me to order.They then told me to stop harassing THEM, and that I'm not a nice person.Bottom line-use another company. They are neurotic!
