Dr. Rodriguez is very knowledgeable and has great patient. However, I just encountered a staff member from hell at his office. Makes me want to find another doctor!!!!

He's a good doctor but there's always issues with the staff. I sat and watched a man being told his appointment had been cancelled and the staff person just forgot to call and tell him. That actually happened right in front of me. I needed a form for a phlebotomy and his staff could not find the form for One Blood and that caused all sorts of issues and problems for me. Right now I'm trying to call them and their phone systems are not working. You call and you just get silence. Always issues....

I was nervous as I never needed this type of doctor before and well whatever it is or isn’t I know I’m in the right office and it will be ok! The front desk was very nice, Renee the nurse can draw blood like no one else and has a great personality! Dr. Rodriguez was very personable, optimistic and caring. Happy to have been referred to this office.
