Overcharge for everything in every department Printing $2.50 minimum or long slow self service machines Broken computer for mandatory log in before getting into the line for service Get yelled at if can’t make computer work Store is very messy and complicated Changed during pandemic. Was clean before Not enough help to get in and out fast Manager not friendly. And felt AGEISM since not tech expert or hard to see in that store. Too dark Never told about rewards program and been going there for years and deserve retroactive back bonus points. 6 years pay $$$there FedEx kinkos has nice people, better prices but that’s 3 miles for me and OD is 1 mile staff always helpful and not

Google won't allow me to give 0 stars, BLACK PPL, STAY AWAY. I faced extreme prejudice today at this location. My two children and I were never greeted by any staff the whole time we were there, instead we were "watched by random workers" as we shopped. I was never greeted or thanked for my business, but the young clown that checked us out thought to break the ice by asking, "who am I going to beat over the head" with the wrapping paper I purchased, smdh. The other female clown at the register nearby just stared at my autistic child because she was making noises. Another clown of a worker tried desperately to assist the caucasian gentleman ahead of us, when the customer didn't go to his register, instead of calling us to the register he just walked away and left us standing in line. Office Depot needs to put thought into the ppl they hire, the ppl you hire are going to cause lawsuits and closed down locations. Choose your ppl wisely. I will NEVER recommend anyone go here, not even to use the bathroom. Customers deserve better, ALL customers.... ALL CUSTOMERS ARE EQUAL!

Horrible customer service in printing department. Had a genuine concern that needed assistance regarding printing my document. Didn't appear that associates were held up or assisting customers at the time and attempted to get their attention for assistance and I was met with a contemptuous glare and attitude. I understand if the store was outrageously busy , and I was patiently waiting on the side, but to be met with demeaning looks and staring at me, with an associate with her mask down mouthing "Oh God. Here we go" as if me signaling for help and waiting was an inconvenience for their time to talk and chit chat amongst themselves. Will not ever go back to this printing department, especially ask for help. Extremely disappointing.
