After only one year my fathers drive walker break did not work. We brought it back and they said they couldnt fix it and would offer no replacement. It is a danger without the breaks. It cost $150.00. I was later contacted by the company and they gave my father a brand new walker. Thanks Richard.

I am beyond happy with the experience I had today with Ability Medical! I called with an urgent need for 4 pieces of medical equipment delivered same day and they had it to our house and installed within hours. The customer service on the phone was excellent and everyone was so helpful and made things easy for us. Calvin arrived on time and with everything he needed in order to install the new equipment. He worked with my 95-year-old grandfather to learn how to use everything and was so patient and understanding of my grandfather's needs. Mt grandfather was apprehensive about the new lift chair, but within a very short time Calvin had him comfortable with using it and very happy. The equipment is all really great quality as well! Thank you Ability Medical for making a difficult time feel easier!!
