Better Healthcare was there for me when my husband was having issues from Alzheimers. The care he received from the aides was warm and very efficient. When we needed a facility and I called for additional help the staff were so helpful and quick to assign a caring individual to stay and help my husband get through his day. Better HealthCare is a Godsend. Everyone there was helpful, calm, courteous, and consistently so during the months we needed help. Better Healthcare matched the best aides to our specific situation. Kimberly was stellar and helped our entire family get through a difficult time with her knowledge, caring and compassion. Mom is doing much better, due in part to the excellent care received from Better HealthCare. They even prepared a listing of the year's charges for us. All around we are grateful: they are a wonderful service and we highly recommend them.

Cannot say enough great things about this company. Transparency and excellent communication is the norm with everyone affiliated. Marissa Sturner and her staff treated my dad and mom with respect and care. My phone calls were taken immediately and any concerns were addressed in a timely fashion both day and night. I highly recommend this company .

Im recovering from a quadruple bypass. Your CNA Miquias Silva Oliveira is a wonderful, warm, kind, knowledgeable and tireless person who has made my recovery so much better. I highly commend him and your organisation for having this special person in your employ and recommend him without hesitation as a caregiver. Better Healthcare, LLC, was extraordinarily accommodating to our fathers needs. Their CNA, Emma Thomas, walked into a very difficult situation with our fathers girlfriend also with dementia and absolutely refusing to have an aide for Dad. Fortunately, she moved out of their apartment a week after Emma began assisting Dad 7-days a week. Could not say enough good things about CNA Emma Thomas! Similarly, Marissa Sturner & Steve Puryear, the principals at Better Healthcare, LLC, were always available to answer our calls, and worked seamlessly with Dads Long-Term Care Insurance provider.
