Dont enjoy writing these reviews, but I do so in order to save others headache. Made an appointment a week out for a technician to come out and drain the a/c line which was clogged. The window provided was from 12-4, and the technician showed up at 5:30. Since I already knew what the issue was the representative stated the service fee would be waived since there would need to be work done.However dont let the guarantees entice you to work with this company on their company website it states If we are late for your HVAC service appointment, well make it up to you by paying you backThat wasnt accurate and I ended up paying more than 200 dollars for an already diagnosed problem. The technician never asked if he could begin work on it, or provide the estimate for the work. If I knew how much it would cost beforehand I would of went and got a shop vac and saved myself 100 dollars. Service: A/C system repair
