I own a local painting company and we only refer Clean Air Xperts to our clients that are in need of mold clean ups , fire damage , and even duct cleaning. Its so hard to find companys that truly cares for the needs of our clients . Clean Air Experts was so professional & understanding from day 1. Monica is amazing. She explained the process, coordinated everything with my adjuster, filed the claim directly with my insurance and kept me posted every step of the way..she took the time to address all my concerns before, during & after the services were completed. Shawn, and the team of xperts did a fabulous job on the tear down of the room. The contractor who came for the rebuild never saw such clean work. Clean air xperts made a very difficult time a little easier by being prompt, neat, professional & so friendly. Hopefully Ill never need their services again but will gladly recommend them with confidence to anyone in need of mold remediation and related services. Had an issue in my building and recommended this company to the property manager. We dealt with Shawn Boyd, the operations manager, directly who was the most professional, attentive person you could ever ask for in a company representative. The level of customer service was above 5 stars and I would highly recommend Clean Air Xperts to anyone with water or mold issues. They are the gold standard!
