My experience with Bill is that he is lazy and not worried about changing bad laws (which are illegal by their very nature) he appeared - to me- to care only about easy victories and not ruffling the feathers of the status quo. I found it dismaying that an attorney would rather argue about how a potential client has "no chance" instead of actually listening to what the client has said- and at least trying to contact the criminal/aggressor in question. My experience- while short - would be: Unless you have an "open and shut" case- William won't be your "defender" against injustice.
