Paul moved everything around on his schedule to accommodate us. He carefully and skillfully installed several ceiling fans with lights in our home. He is very professional, courteous, and has a wonderful sense of humor. Love muffin and I are very grateful. We will definitely use his services in the future.

Last week I needed assistance hooking up a new generator to my home panel box. A friend recommended Paul Bernstein owner of Alphatec Electric in Palm Beach County. When Paul arrived at my home he carefully checked the generator and the existing circuits and transfer box. He instructed me on proper connecting sequence and startup and shutdown procedures and storage. He further checked the ten circuits on the transfer box and identified each one as to the appliances, lights and outlets on that circuit. He was patient and knowledgeable and extremely fair in price. Paul came over on a Saturday to fix an electrical issue i had in my garage. This was the second time I had used Alphatec for electrical issues. Again, the service was top notch. Paul arrived on time, explained the steps and tools he was using, and the results/readings. On top of that, Paul even gave me some tips to increase my A/C efficiency in order to save energy. If i encounter anymore electrical issues, i will be calling Alphatec. 5/5

Paul, Eric and Gene did a fantastic job with all my electrical wiring, putting up my numerous fixtures/fans, putting in some cabling and changing my switches and sockets in my new home in Florida. They were very reliable, professional and above all very nice people to deal with. They always went out of their way to ensure we were always extremely satisfied with with what was being done. Rates were extremely reasonable. Would recommend them to anyone.
