The dress selection was great, even for plus size. Everyone was super friendly and the place was very clean. Ill definitely reccommend this place.

AA was the first Bridal boutique I went. Experience was amazing. Leslie my bridal stylist went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. She helped me on trying many dresses and accessories. One thing stylist must have is patience and Leslie has a lot! She gave a lot of feedback, compliments and made that day a special day! Because it was my first store, i went to 3 other stores and nothing compares to AA customer service. I couldn't stop thinking how I was treated in AA comparing to the other boutiques. Also those dresses were in my head. I went back to AA and had the pleasure to met Alba the manager. She was helpful too and made everything she could to help. Finally i made the big decision and chose my dress. That dress

I went in December to find my wedding gown. I lined up about 3 stores throughout the day to go and try dresses on. This was our 1st stop. The young lady who helped us was AMAZING. Very laid back and so sweet. Sahana. She let me try on as many as I needed to try on. She even picked a couple that she suggested me try on. She was extremely knowledgeable about all things wedding gown. She gave her opinions but not until she heard yours first. Very Professional. I would go there all over again. I ended up falling in love with the second dress and even while trying it on the 1st time I told her I may want to try it on again at the end and she was totally cool with it. She even dressed me up as if it was the actual day so I can see how it looked with veil and all. Thank you guys so much! Made me so much more excited for my day to come!

Referring customer to a website for special orders is unprofessional. I will shop elsewhere where a person would be happy to help me.

I'm not usually one to take the time to write a review, but bridesmaids be ware! This was literally the worst experience that we could have had... while I can understand being short handed was beyond their control, it wasn't the wait that made this appointment so frustrating. When we arrived the ladies who were working were frantically trying to help people. The lady at the front told me they were running behind, but when the manager approached me 10 minutes later, I said someone knew I was there but that they would be with me soon because everyone was running behind. The manager said "well, I'm the one helping you and I'm not running behind." She handed me a clipboard to fill out information and did not return to help us for about 20 minutes or longer. Apparently she too was indeed running behind. When she finally came over and the appointment was about to start I handed the manager my paperwork and told her the color I was looking for. Mahogany... this is there version of a deep wine color. She told me that anything on the Alfred Angelo racks would come in that color, so we began to pull dresses. Every dress was either tulle or chiffon. The manager then went and pulled the dresses for us. She began our appointment with no clips on hand to adjust the dresses, so I, the bride, had to request them. She then kept walking away from our appointment until she came back with swatches of both fabrics to let us know that the tulle actually doesn't come in the color I specifically requested. I don't understand how she doesn't know her stock and is the floor manager of the salon to be honest. At that point I was pretty upset because the dress I fell in love with for my girls was in fact tulle. At that point, more consultants showed up and we were left to work with someone else. The new consultant and the magager could not locate my paperwork anywhere.... and yes, I did give it to her, so because both couldn't figure it out, I took the lead on that too and scowered the store for where it was. I found it where the manger had left it, on the shelf need the belts. Good thing I was paying attention to where I had handed it off to her and found it with ease. Now the new consultant wanted to now measure everyone which I found strange to do at the end, but I now know it is customary, so no biggie. This is where it got frustrating... after she took measurements which were not well aligned, she asked 2 of my girls "so do you think you're a 2 or a 0?" Are you seriously asking?!?! You just took the measurements! This was a clear sign that she too had no clue what she was doing. By that time my mom was trying on mother of the bride dresses and too had found an Alfred Angelo dress that she liked. We asked the new consultant that we had been transitioned to about the dress and decided we wanted it in navy. (It was an Alfred Angelo dress not a sapphire collection, and the manager told me that any of those dresses could be ordered in any of the colors on the swatch book that she gave me.) Guess what? That too want available in the color we wanted. We, all of us, were so frustrated with this place that we all grabbed our things and literally walked out. The manger tried to offer us $20 off each dress due to the wait and she even called yesterday to apologize, but none of it was worth the experience. Do yourself a favor... go somewhere worth your time and money! Bella Bridesmaids in west palm off of Village blvd is amazing! They have a ton of designers and options in a great variety of prices! I actually saw another crew of girls from Alfred Angelo walking in as we were leaving from our appointment, I'm sure they too bought the dresses from there!
