The maintenance guys are great. They just cleaned out my ac drain without me even put in a request. You can tell they care about the community.

The team is always helpful and quick to respond to service requests, even going out of their way to fix things we forget to put on the initial request!

This place is not very nice. They told me they accept Section 8 and to apply. When I did, my application got stuck intheir application portal and they could not access it, so they said. When I called one leasing agent had me call their application portal company who inform me that they could not talk to me because the leasing office had to call them instead. I called the leasing office and the agent then informs me that I dont qualify because I needed to make 2.5 times the rent of $2481 even though I get Section 8. I ask the agent what is the point of me needing section 8 if I can make the 2.5 times the rent!! They didnt care and they took my application fee of $99 plus $125 administrative fee without doing any background/credit checks nothing. Im a single mother trying to make it and this big company takes my money. Oh and if they said they refunded my money I got an email stating they will refund me $26. Yeah, thanks for helping out someone that just needed a little help, but got shafted. ***Update*** Never received a refund!! Who ever replied to my review lied about the refund. FYI, just because someone gets Section 8 doesnt mean they are no bodies and worthless. This place made me feel like this! I work and pay my taxes. Just right now I needed a bit of help in life.
