Benjamin was fantastic. He cleaned out my mom’s dryer vent. He shared a video of what came out with me since I couldn’t be there. I’m sure he saved her life. Will DEFINITELY recommend and call again.

Highly recommended! We've rented our 2-story townhouse for almost 3 years, and the clogged vent to our dryer had twice that in buildup (talk about a fire hazard). They had to come back the next day, with extra hands, to finish the job. They honored our original quote, even after realizing how much more labor would be required. Now, the dryer doesn't overheat, loads dry in half the time, and I can't wait to see what we'll save on electric! Despite this frustrating fix, both men maintained a great, professional attitude! :) Furthermore, they called the next day to make sure everything was still up to satisfaction. It was fantastic! Natural Air Cleaners gave me an appointment time that worked out well with my work schedule and we’re on time. Kit (my technician) was very courteous and worked very hard making sure everything was perfect. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who needs their dryer duct or AC ducts serviced. 5 stars, for sure! Service: Duct and vent cleaning
