This firm is friendly and provide a good service. A lot more pricey than most. The experience was a little disheartening as I discovered a discrepancy with my return on my first engagement forcing me to have to have the taxes done again. When I reached out to get a resolution for THEIR oversight, I was told that I would be charged a second time. Not too mention I noticed my address was entered incorrectly on my taxes as well. Not the best encounter and I would have appreciated if staff members paid more attention to detail. Not sure if stakeholders are aware of the poor account management being provided.
