This company has no integrity whatsoever. They build a pool for us in 2015. Much hassle tore up my irrigation system with little regard to it.I go to sell my property in 2018 and an unpaid permit by this company held up my sale. I went to City of Bonita Springs paid it and to this day they have not reimbursed me the $100 permit fee.How the city allows them to continue building pools without paying all permits is beyond me. I smell a "good old boys club". Maybe the city of Bonita Springs should explain this situation.

Before moving to Florida, we had 4 custom pools built in Dallas. We knew what we wanted. When we arrived in Bonita Springs I started researching pool builders, went to see examples of their work and spoke with homeowners. We visited with David and Tom a couple of times, they came up with a pool design with features that blew us away. After the pool was finished I had a couple of small things that needed attention. Called in told them what I needed and it was handled!Several neighbors saw the finished product and had Aqua Artisans build their pool/spa as well. We are looking at moving to Naples shortly and Aqua Artisans will be our pool builder! IMO... Agua Artisans is top of the line at a competitive price.

Aqua Artisans did a fantastic job remodeling my pool and deck. They helped me pick new pavers, coping and a finish that make my pool area look absolutely beautiful. I am so glad I contacted them and no longer have to live with the cracked concrete deck and a very out dated pink and blue tile pool. I love my new pool and deck - it is the highlight of my home. I would highly recommend the professionals at Aqua Artisans for all your pool remodeling and construction needs.

We hired Aqua Artisans to remove our old pool and to build a new pool and spa. We signed the contract in August 2015 and we were told it would be finished within 6-8 weeks. We live in Chicago and they were installing on our home in Bonita Springs. The pool was started the first week in September and it is now February 29, 2016 and the pool is still not completed. Aqua Artisans told us they had everything installed and the pool was running. We paid the final payment on good faith that the job was complete, however we found out they did not complete the installation of the salt generator and walked away from the job. They also told us they service the pool until they turn it over to us approximately 30 days after completion. The pool was filled over two months ago and we were told they were servicing it however we found out they were not and algae was growing in our new pool. We have since hired another pool service to finish what they did not. Additionally, they ruined one of our sliding glass doors by cutting steel too close to the door and sparks flew and pitted the door, they hit the top of the frame of the lanai and damaged the frame, and oversprayed concrete on our stucco wall. They were unprofessional throughout the entire process, made false statements and billed for work not completed. Words cannot express how unhappy we are. I would not recommend Aqua Artisans to anyone. If you choose to work with them, you will be hugely disappointed.
