Excellent sales representative. Very friendly and courteous. Especially like their two year warranty on the appliances that I bought and there installation and white glove delivery service..

Contrary to other appliances stores in Naples, FL, I felt like a valuable customer at Monark. From front desk to a knowledgeable salesmen i was treated with respect and patience. I hope the delivery and installation process will be as smooth as the purchase.

First I want to say we went to 3 different appliance stores in our area. We didn't go to any big box stores knowing big box stores knowingly override manufacturers engineering for popular design. We were looking for quality but at a lower price point. Tom Kearns at Monark picked up immediately our needs and talked product in the price range we sought. He educated 7s to what was available, how far out delivery would be and the manufacturers different qualities. We were able to make a choice and not have to double think our decision at every turn. We have peace of mind at the budget we set. I am very thankful for Monark and Tom Kearns.
