        The service was excellent. From check in to departure the staff and crew made sure we were comfortable and safe. The check-in was easy for our 5pm departure from Pineland. We dropped off our luggage and groceries at the white tent near the ferry and parked in a lot across the street. A gentleman picked up our entire group on a 6 person golf cart. In total less than 10 minutes for everything. The ride was smooth on their well maintained boat. We loved N.Captiva island and would not hesitate to recommend Island Girl to friends for the ferry over.
