Moved into a new housing community 3 months ago that has the area under contract with QXC and they have still not laid the fiber in the ground fully and all of the residents here have been living off of hotspots for almost a year now with no high speed internet. QXC has no regard for anyone living here and they have no sense of urgency to get these homes up and running. If you dont want to do your contracted job then release the contract so that we can get other companies out here to do your job!

bulk accounts take notice; I live in Boca Raton, Florida, and the service went live around May or June 2023. if youre considering this company, you should think long and hard and do in-depth research on the type of equipment they will install. You should read their contract to make sure that youre getting what is promised that youre going to get the door fee, they will conveniently forget to place this in the contract.when they do the work on the side of your building, make sure that the language within the contract Considers how the installation looks another point you should consider if you are under contract as a bulk community you should consider a start date that they can bill you, so youre not getting billed by them and by their competitor. One of their selling points is that they provide fiber optic services to the federal government. It should be held with skepticism. When doing business with the federal government, there is oversight. When doing business with residential homeowners, the oversight is not quite as robust. Watch you billing like a hawk, make sure what is in the contract is in the invoice and they don't squeeze some hokey charge in: So, my opinion on the cable portion of their service is jittery; it freezes, and a voice remote just like our competitors. Youll find that it doesnt work the same way on the Internet side of the business. The offered router will not work if the condominium or the single-family home that you are operating has aluminum studs, maybe 1000 ft., but even in that, there will be dead spots. In their brochures, when selling, they will tell you that they offer up to 10 GB. Still, not residential. They offer one gigabyte, which is not the case in our community. Even though the brochure Clearly states one gigabyte up and one gigabyte down, that would be additional fees for the upgrade service, but they dont offer it. This review is offered as a warning to read your contract exceptionally carefully and make sure all the points you were looking for are written in the contract, and if something is missing, you should move on to choice number two. Thats what we wish we had done. breeze line, hotwire Xfinity theres so many that offer fiber optic That should be part of your comparative.

Worst Internet provider as part of my experience with them. Outages occur very frequent and they have no after hours customer service. Worst company but in an HOA we got stuck with it and even the Board Members regret using them. We realize things happen like a random power outage but this is rarely the reason when the service goes out. How can a company in 2023 not provide 24 hour customer service and pay someone $15 an hour to answer the phone for emergency call outs. Its ridiculous. To be clear, there was no power outage or anything that you will try to quiet my review down. Simply is a review based on the product and service you put out there Not scared of them finding out who is complaining, they are terrible. I reside at Pros Nest in North Palm Beach Florida. Come on by, itd be nice to have a conversation and maybe you can fix something. Of Course I had to use my phone cell service to post this because yet again the Internet was down
