      image As usual, we walked in, thinking to order couple of cups of our favorite tea, only to be disappointed. The salesperson refused to make our favorite blend. Overall the performance and attitude have changed to worse after the location was rebuilt. Previously friendly and knowledgeable staff was replaced with incompetent snobs. Absolutely disappointed.

      image Incompetent staff who generally act unhelpful. They no longer brew tea in store for customers, and they said that it's the only Teavana in America that doesn't do tea anymore.
      Staff doesn't even know how to brew tea and the last time they did offer, they forgot the right temperature, times, etc.
