Gary Youngman - B REALTORS

Most recently, I had the opportunity to work with Mr. Gary Youngman. I was in Boca Raton on vacation and enlisted Gary's help in searching for condominiums for sale in certain zip codes. Gary and his associate generously dedicated a lot of time and effort into helping me find exactly what I was looking for. I found a beautiful 2 bedroom 21/2 bathroom in a great neighborhood, and we close on May 7th, G-dwilling. I was initially contacted by Gary after doing an online search. He was very expeditious in his response , and put a great deal of effort into searching for condos in communities that did not require equity memberships and that were not 55+ communities. Comparatively speaking, this was a small listing, likely not as profit producing as some of the other clients Mr. Youngman handles. However, from what I saw, he worked as tirelessly on my behalf as I believe he would have for a listing that would have yielded a great deal more profit. He is a credit to his profession and an exemplary representation of how real estate brokers should serve their clients' needs and interests. It was a pleasure working with him.

I felt quite honored when my husband Gary asked me to write a reference for him. There are so many good things I can say about him. For starters, I can say that Gary is a gracious individual with a warm smile and a delightful sense of humor. He is one of those rare individuals that one senses is headed for certain success. When he pursues a new interest he is guaranteed to be highly committed. He is ambitious, wants to learn and grow. He is committed and devoted with every one of his projects, he has an unusual ability to notice what others overlook. I could continue with descriptions of Garys many other good qualities, his work ethic, he is considerate, caring and empathetic, his incredible attention to details, excellent follow-through, he is extremely kind and personable, his ability to put on a cheerful face even during difficult times is what I appreciate most about him. He is a very good friend, loyalty is very important to him, he is courteous and polite, creative and a problem solver. Gary is a great resource with a wealth of knowledge south Florida area. He is a long time resident with 25 years plus residency. He understood my financial situation and found the right property for me and my Family. I can't thank him enough for the time spent with us to understand our needs.
