Just had the greatest experience with Southeast Florida Pest Control and felt it was essential to write a review. I had two wasps nests in the back of my house and they came out and promptly to remove them. Now I can enjoy my backyard in this beautiful weather we are currently having. Thanks:)

My family and I have been using Southeast Pest Control for many years. They are competitively priced, always make themselves available, and will come back to treat any area of concern if the first spray or treatment doesn’t do the trick (it’s South Florida...bugs are everywhere!). I highly recommend them to family, friends, and all my real estate clients!

Both their pest control service and customer service are mixed. The extra star is given for their economic pricing. The first technician was great and the job help controlled the ants population. The second time, the technician was rushing and the work was completely ineffective. The third time, the technician sprayed into the power, thankfully breaker snapped which avoided a potentially much serious situation. We flipped the breakers back, dried everything on the outside, ended up having to change two outlets and get xfinity to restore wifi. I immediately advised the company the situation and the lady who picked up the call was very nice and apologetic and responsive. She said she's sure the owner will provide a refund and maybe cover the damages. I guess politeness gives people the idea that they don't have to be responsible for their mistake. When I got a call back, I was told the next service would be free, there's no refund, no coverage for damages, and no explanation of why it's ok that his people can cause damages and inconvenience to his customers and his customers had to pay for it. I did want to continue using their services since everyone make mistakes, but what people chose to do after a mistake is a choice and that defines how a company really conducts its business. I am extremely disappointed at the customer service especially when I have shown them grace when they caused me trouble and they respond by refusing to take responsibility.
