The primary doctor is excellent, telephone support is terrible. I've been waiting for approval for my medication for a long time and they haven't solved the problem. I'm disappointed

The website says that with urgent issues such as infection etc., you can just walk in. However they do not want to see you, they are saying - we dont have appointments. This is false advertising and a lie.

The Doctors, Physician Assistants and staff at Sanitas in Boca Raton are excellent. The office and examination rooms are spotless and they use the latest diagnostic equipment. Dr. Daniel Molinar and Sandra Milena took such good care of me and they were thorough in their explanations of procedures and test results. They made me feel like a valued patient, and I would highly recommend Sanitas of Boca Raton to anyone looking for quality healthcare. I wanted to update my experience with Sanitas Medical in Boca Raton. In-office visits continue to be excellent with Staff and Dr. Molinar, I can't say enough good things about them, but.... Sanitas Customer Support team via their App/Portal or by telephone are HORRIBLE, absolutely INCOMPETENT and have given me nothing but misery, frustration and a whole lot of wasting my time. Honestly, if it were not for the Sanitas office and Staff I visit when I go there for whatever I need, I would find another healthcare provider in a heartbeat because the lack of professional customer service and support, especially in the area of a persons healthcare, is truly astonishing and unacceptable.
