Floyd Ostrowsky of Reliant Adjusters Group was referred to us by another customer. After I contacted Floyd, we scheduled an appointment for him to see the water damaged areas in our home. After a thorough exam of the affected areas, he agreed to take our case. From that point forward, he took over all the communication with the insurance company. Floyd kept us up to date on all phases of the negotiations with the insurance company until we reached an agreement. Floyd exhibited professionalism throughout the entire process and proved to be very knowledgeable about how to navigate the system. Floyd was an absolute pleasure to work with.

Floyd Ostrowsky was great to work with. Floyd was very thorough and outstanding throughout the entire process. My mom had a water leak causing damage to the house. The insurance company gave us little to nothing compared to the damage we had in the house, but Floyd made sure we got the money we deserved. Floyd is honest in his work and will definitely fight for you.

I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Floyd in 2017. My neighbor recommended him to me when we had a water leak in our home. The insurance company did not cover all damages. Floyd came to assess our damages and confirmed that the insurance company did not compensate us properly. He spent the day documenting all of our damages and proceeded the process with the insurance company. Floyd made an unpleasant experience with the insurance company hassle free and we were compensated and were able to repair our home properly. I would highly recommend Floyd.
I recently had questions about a new claim that I needed clarification on. I called Floyd 4 years after he handled my case in 2017 and he remembered me and my wife. He took the time out of his busy schedule and answered our questions. What a great and honest guy!
