One bad Apple spoils the bunch! My experience was horrible! The technician that came to my house was Eric Akiva. My AC has been down for 3 days prior, he came checked the system then said your fuse is blown and water is settling, instead of diagnosing the root cause of the issue he put a new fuse vacuumed the water then said $425. I said well since you did repairs the Service Call fee doesn’t apply (i.e $59) plus we’re supposed to get an extra 10% off, he was clearly upset and said “I don’t know anything about that! Just give me $400 then!” Firstly AC All Stars advertised “Free Service Calls” on their website! if their technician actually did the repairs, which he did! As if that wasn’t enough! The system went out again 4 hours later, we called him and he said $150 to come back! After he got an earful from my Husband we just decided to go with another Company all together! DO NOT have Eric service your HVAC Service: HVAC maintenance

I just wanted to share our wonderful experience with this Air Conditioning company called AC ALL STARS! Our AC was not working and if you call any major AC company they will tell you that a tech repair will be after the holidays. I called Jason and he was at my house in 30 min, fixed my AC in an hour and we were back with ice cold air! Best of all his pricing is very reasonable! So if you are in the market for a new AC, maintenance or repair, I highly recommend! Happy holidays everyone!

Mr. Stephan Buckley made sure our air conditioning repair got assigned right away. Jordan came quickly. He was extremely pleasant and considerate. Jordan got our air conditioning functioning quickly! Cool air instead of sweating buckets!!!

When my air conditioning Unit suddenly broke down, Dwayne Petty came to the rescue! He responded the same day, came by very next day and diagnosed the problem immediately. It turned out our entire compressor unit outside had to be replaced which was done the very next morning. Dwayne Petty is an amazing person: professional, kind, efficient, and dependable! We are so pleased with how quickly he was able to get things up and running again! I highly recommend him! Service: AC repair
