The worse experience ever, terrible service, terrible communication, terrible and rude customer service, nobody responded for burning one of my husband expensive and favorite shirt the experience has caused me so much frustration, anger and disbelief in how the handle the service, how they deal with a problem, actually nobody has respect and has been responsible for it,nobody called me back and said nothing, only a rude old lady that works there. It has been 3 months they took the shirt back and nobody has done nothing. Don’t go there.

Very poor customer service and communication. It has been a month since my shirt was "lost" and nothing has been done about it. Several times I have called and went to the store and every time it is the same thing. I don't know what's going on, give us more time to look. Its a waste of my time having to keep tracking this down.
Update: I was finally able to pop in when the owner was there. I was given a credit to my account which, I believe, was a low amount. I was only offered a store credit, so now I am forced to go back to a place that I don't trust just to get compensated.

This dry cleaning is awesome, they take care of all my clothing and my wife's clothing. I really appreciate the good job they do, is a family business and the family could not be any nicer!! Thank you
