It would be nice if someone would answer the phone today!! It just rings and rings and can't even leave a message! Not appropriate for a DOCTOR'S OFFICE! INSTEAD OF BLAMING COMCAST, HOW ABOUT CALLING THIS PATIENT BACK WOULD BE MORE APPRORIATE.

I been coming to this clinic been having exceptional experience with Dr. Mcglone. Her expertise and attentive care truly impressed me. She took the time to listen to my concerns and provided thorough explanations. The staff are very friendly, I highly recommend Dr. Mcglone to anyone seeking excellent cardiac care. Thank you!

Initially happy to have found Dr. McGlone, and thought this could be a long term relationship, only to have incomplete testing, (unbeknownst to me). After leaving three unreturned messages, (answering machine during working hours), I was able to finally speak to a person, who told me that I had not left a message confirming the test. Not only did I leave that message within 30 minutes of returning from my office visit, five additional calls went unreturned, two after the test results were not sent by mail, (as indicated they would be), and two requesting to speak to Dr. McGlone. I was told she was busy with a patient that I should call back, I did so and received the same response. This is a practice that is seeking business and new patients.
