The store on Bruce B Downs in Wesley Chapel has horrible customer service and Megan in the print shop is rude and ignores that customers that need help by walking in circles do nothing. I have emailed my orders with my customer number to be printed I was told to by a manager and by her she is now refusing to print them I shop there a lot but you have now lost my print business and office supply business. Ridiculous.

Worst experience ever. Ordered a desk that came in damaged. Still waiting for them to pick up the damage desk. No refund to date. Overcharged on a replacement. Horrible call center

Tabatha, who works in print at the Benton, AR. store is great!! She does a lot of my prints for me because I am an artist! She has always done great at getting me just what I asked for and sometime trying to get the right size for me is a task, because I may not know exactly what I want. She does not get stressed if there are others in line. She has the ability to take care of more than one customer at a time to keep everyone happy. No one is left standing there without being acknowledged by her.

I went into the Office Depot store located in Hattiesburg, MS to purchase some business cards. I was told that they could not do it right away that it would be approximately a period of 3 to 5 days maybe longer. I asked why since I already had a template and just needed to email it to them and they print it out. I was told that they had 35 orders ahead of me from all over the state and I had to get into line. I then asked what happened to providing service to local residents. They just laughed. It appears that it doesn't exist. I recommend going somewhere else. I am done with Office Depot. they are a joke.
