I don't know if I had high expectations from the 4.8 rating, picked some off menu items, or just came on the wrong day but I had probably the worst sushi in recent memory here. I know this place is a strip mall, low key restaurant, but for having rolls in the $20 range, nothing I ate here tasted good. Many times, I've had much better sushi and much lower prices. To start off the experience, they don't label the type of fish they serve here, I had to ask two waitress what type of fish was "tuna", they only serve low sodium soy sauce, and about half of the menu is some form of crab roll. They even managed to make one of my favorite rolls, the spicy tuna roll, taste flat and unappealing. On the bright side, the staff was kind even if inattentive and disorganized and they were quite full so they must be doing something right. Their entree items looked good though, and maybe that's was causing people to come back here. At the end of the day however, I regretted paying for my sushi here and wouldn't come back given a choice. Anyone who cares about sushi should not look here as a dining location.
