Amazing, honest company. The lady that answers the phone is so pleasant and calls you back to confirm appointment. The tech was so polite and knowledgeable. Another company (Cooper Appliance) told me I needed a new condenser because my freezer was leaking freon. The cost would be $3,800 to repair... Meanwhile I had only called them cuz my ice maker was not making ice... he took the grill off my freezer and "warned me" that the freezers will stop working soon. Of course, after he left they stopped working... I called M & R Service Appliance Repair on 1040 NW 4th court , Boca Ratón, FL (other companies have same name different address) as something was not right. The tech told me a cable was disconnected and fortunately for me the freezers and ice maker are working again. He charged me $125. Yes. $125... I am so happy that there are honest businesses out there.

Total scam.  Wish I had read previous review before calling them. I had exact same experience. Had fridge making strange noise and dirty icemaker.  Andre was same tech for me.  Said fridge noise was normal.  It broke completely two weeks later and ruined everything in it.  Then after tellin bill was alread 200$ he could clean ice maker but it would be $300 more.  Told me I could do it myself just make some cubes and throw them away.  Totally useless inside was covered in slime.  Jus had real technician come in. Took icemaker apart completely. It is spotless now and running well no smell at all and no slime.  $100 total.  He is coming back to work on fridge but spent 25 minutes taking it apart to try see if it was simple problem at no charge.  Stay away from this company they are thieves.

We stumbled on these guys on the internet after our Sub-Zero broke, on the phone I was told it would be 75$ to come out and that would get applied towards the repair. A serviceman came to my door during the alotted time i had recieved early in the morning the day of. The repair did not take long at all, and the technician assured me they had been certified and in business for over 30 years so I was a little less worried with them as opposed to guys ive used in the past who were a little shady. The bill came out to be 980$ to get my fridge working again, but i was able to talk them down a bit. It has been working great since and i am gauranteed the problem will be taken care of for atleast 2 years. Will be using these guys in the future, the price was a little high but i guess you get what you pay for.
