Was looking for duct cleaning and came across their $99 special. I call and the lady immediately tells me she needs to send a person over for a quote, doesn't ask ANYTHING about the place. So the tech comes over and I say that I need the ducts cleaned of mold. Guy tells me about the process and doesn't even go around and look at everything. He tells me that it'll be around 5,500 and pulls out a price sheet. He kept trying to get me to agree to the 5,500 but I told him I don't know about that and I need to speak to some people. He stepped out 2 times to "call the boss" and kept trying a new sales tactic when returning. Going so far as to say "I can come back and explain it to everyone else when they are here." I told him to leave his info and he did. A couple days later I get a call from Airpros asking when I'd like to schedule. I kept explaining that I think the price is high and I need to speak to someone but the operator kept asking when she should call back to schedule the appointment. Like she wasn't even listening. Got a quote yesterday for $850 from another place, that's 6 times less than airpros. These people are worse than used car salesman, avoid them at all costs. I was honestly amazed at how weaselly this company came off. It was completely obvious that they list "specials" as a way to get a face to face with the customer and lay on the aggressive sales tactics.
