I am so impressed by Rob and his team at Gasparilla Vacations! His customer service, trustworthiness, honesty, flexibility, and all the small touches were outstanding! I have rented many houses before but never with such great services and the small touches that mattered so much. There were new sheets on all the beds (they were so soft), new towels, they left a lovely bottle of wine for us, multiple beach bags, new pots and pans, and even little make up wipes and make up towels. WOW! They have now spoiled us! Everything was incredibly clean despite an older house and we felt so comfortable and loved every second of it! THANK YOU so much and I cannot recommend Gasparilla Vacations more highly!

The dock situation was a little tricky, but we managed. The house was amazing for my wife and I. The seaturtle cottage was a little piece of beachfront paradise for a great price.

We know Boca Grande well, having rented for three months 5 years in a row, and this is our first using Gasparilla Vacations, The owner of the house we rented put the house on the market after we had rented, and there were a large number of showings, but our rental cost was reduced due to this. However, at the end of our three month stay, we were presented with an exceptionally high cleaning bill, averaging $300 per week, for 10 weeks when the house was cleaned no more than 5 times, and when cleaned, even a $30/hr. there was never 10 hours spent in doing so. I complained vigorously but this issue is still unresolved 5 months later
