I searched their number from google and called the office. Every time i called i was hung up on, finally on the third call i said “are you going to answer or you going to hang up” the receptionist said “I’m going to hang up we’re busy” i said “is this Sotheby’s?” She said “oh it said google ads” i said “ma’am i called from google… I’m a customer” she proceeded to then tell me she’s too busy to help me and “what did i need”. For a luxury real estate brokerage their desk girl is probably a bad fit considering she was rude and unprofessional. Not the representation i would want for my multi million dollar properties.

Don't use these people. Melissa Csank takes advantage of elderly people to "recommend" expensive contractors to do work not required by the contract. They also don't know the difference between furniture and furnishings, so they unscrupulously negotiate at the 11th hour.

Gulf to Bay Sotheby's used their vast local knowledge of the Boca Grande area with their own personal worldy experiences to be able to relate to incoming residents and match them with prospective homes. I really feel comfortable with agent Melissa Csank helping me relocate my mom. She listened to all my concerns and was able to narrow down our home search to properties in which we immediately feel comfortable. I would highly recommend Mel & her agency to anyone looking for a high quality home in southwest Florida
