On our way from Tampa to Albuquerque our alternator started going out. We knew we only had a few miles before we were stalled. Got off of freeway and drove into a small town with a scruffy looking building that said Whit's Auto Service. We had no choice but go there. And thank God we did. They were busy but stopped everything, called a parts store had the alternator brought over, charged our battery and had us on the road in 30 minutes. WOW!! They also only billed us for the part no labor because we were traveling. What a great group of individuals. We'll pass it forward. Thanks.
