There's a reason this place has the cheapest rates... You get what you pay for...Overall Seems like the place used to be a great facility, and a lot of the earlier reviews show that. Well they sold it to this young stoner guy who has no idea what he's doing, could care less about the place, and does as little as possible to help any of his customers. Also, he's the ONLY employee, so there is no one to complain to and if he feels sick one day, the facility is just closed. You're out of luck if you needed to get anything.Access As if only have access Monday - Friday 9-5 wasn't enough, this guy constantly closes on random days with no warning when he just doesn't feel like showing up for work or he has something better to do that day. If there are any holidays/big festivals/events in town at the time, don't expect any consistency in this place being open.Security Also if you care about your stuff being secure, don't store it here. There are SO many openings in the "chicken coop-style stalls" that the doors are half falling off... there are 8-9" tall open gaps between the 5ft tall stall and the 6ft ceiling on all units... once you're in a unit (empty ones are left open) there is a HUGE gap between the unit divider and the slanted ceiling that you could fit a small child through, and the back of all the units also have a large I-beam that just makes a perfect opening to reach right into the next unit and take what you want. It's ridiculous.Customer Service Finally, if you do have any issues, the kid does absolutely nothing about it and blames management.Go anywhere BUT this place...
