Meeks was hired to fix a leak in our condo community and left hole uncovered. I have attached a picture of the repair. You be the judge. Will never use again. Service: Plumbing pipe repair

Called on Saturday the lady answered the phone an told me that someone would call me first thing Monday morning,after waiting till 10 am I called them back to be informed that it would be 4 days before the can set the appointment,I asked why they didn't set it up Saturday when I called an they couldn't answer that never even told or asked about setting up the appointment,very bad customer service. I called another company and they said they would be out at 2 that same day,they showed up early an in less than an hr everything was fixed.will never recommend this company

We called this company at 6:00 on a Saturday night when we found water coming up in our yard. They sent William out, who arrived within 40 minutes. He was quick and efficient and I just cant speak highly enough about their customer service. Excellent company. Very grateful for their quick response.

Had our drain from our house to the sewer line blocked.What a mess. I called Meeks at 11:30 am and they were there by 1:30. Brandon was the tech. he was awesome double checked everything before he left and was very professional. Thanks for a job well done.

I called on a Monday morning and made an appointment for Friday between 1 and 5. I then called back Thursday and wanted to cancel the appointment and the woman who makes appointments said she has no record of me or an appointment for me. I wont be calling them again!!!!
