This summer I was "lucky" enough to have needed their services on several occasions. I was very glad to have an air-conditioning professional that I could just call and to know that the job would be done and done right. Steve is professional and very responsive to his customers; he get the job done right. Highly recommend this company for any A/C needs you have. The service we received from Nick of Dependable heating and air was outstanding. We were impressed with the low cost of repairing our older model AC unit without forcing us to buy a new unit.

After working outside all day, came home to find my house not cooling. Did some self diagnosing to find that the capacitor was going bad. Tried calling around to have one of the numerous AC Repair companies in Marion come out to replace and without me being a regular customer, refused to do so. Not only did these guys answer my call at 8pm, but also had someone out to my home within 20 minutes. Fixed the issue and had me back up and running. Amazing company and customer service.
