One of your “salesmen” came into my business yesterday. Once he was kindly told we weren’t interested he said “you can go hungry then”. Even if there were no glass companies left in the entire world I still wouldn’t give you my business and I will make sure to tell everyone I know to stay far away. I don’t think you could get more unprofessional.

Do not use this company. I paid for new window hardware and a new glass insert for French door and only half the job is finished. It has been almost a month and I’m still contacting the company almost daily to get them to come out and finish what has been paid for. Yes. The job is paid in full and they (Bob) keeps pushing me off. I’m fet up. Enough is enough. No more excuses. Some of the excuses used: (Took some days off, doctor appointments, truck broke down. Many times the job is set on the calendar and confirmed with me but somehow they still don’t make it out to complete it. Don’t use this company or you will get a nightmare you have to manage in order to get what you pay for. And they ask for their payment via check!! Within 1 hour the bank called me to confirm I wrote the check. Bob rushed to deposit the payment within 1 hour of me writing the check, yet somehow he can’t get out to do the glass in the French door and it has been over a month of searching him down and constantly trying to get him out to finish it. This company has $950 of my money that hasn’t been earned. If they don’t complete this job, I am takin my paid in full invoice to the courts. I’ve given them every benefit of doubt. Shame on this company y with horrible business ethics! 6-20-18: Update: they were scheduled to come out on Tuesday morning. They didn’t show up. After numerous attempts to find out what happened he finally texted me at 1pm to say truck was broken down and he would be out in 1 hour. He never showed. After numerous more attempts I tried to get him to commit to that afternoon or the next day. He left my job up in the air again saying he will contact me when the gas tank is back in his truck. So now my job is thrown on the back burner again. DO NOT GIVE them a payment unless the job is finished!! June 2019: There is an active investigation with the state on this company and individual. He is not licensed. He still owes me $850.
