Be careful with this store. They offered some incentives for trading in my device and they didn't paid the full amount. Now they are under "different " management and don't want to take responsibility to pay the full amount they offered for my device. They blamed on other representatives so it tells me they are not well prepared for their position or they just lied to people to make the sale. Been dealing with Jetlyz Fernandez and Samantha the Manager which all they said is sorry, there is nothing we can't do. So unprofessional!!!

My family member came to your location a few months ago and dealt with Jhoanne. She was amazing, super helpful and setup our 10 lines business account. Very helpful and will do business with her only moving forward.

This has to be the most upsetting T-Mobile I have ever visited I purchased my phone from here last year upon purchasing my phone I bought a lifetime screen protector the sales rep ended up putting the wrong screen protector on the phone so the next time I came back it was a hassle they had to call T-Mobile and to change everything in the system. Fast forward till two weeks ago... I have the lifetime warranty on the screen protector so I went into get a replacement unfortunately they do not have one in stock the sales rep that helped me was very rude about the situation so the other person working with her decided to help me he told me that he will have one shipped to my house. Yesterday I received the screen protector he supposedly ordered turns out it was just for the camera on the back of the phone needless to say my screen is now shattered when I called back to make a complaint to the manager she was very rude stating that she could not understand me and that I sounded like a robot but I did just get off the phone with T-Mobile and Apple and no one had any issues understanding me this store is just ridiculous!!!! Disgusting Management needs to train staff better as well as get better
