Horrible customer service, I made a purchase on their swim online, it did not fit, and the staff was unwilling to exchange the pieces, mind you the same pieces are currently being sold, I was stuck outside the country because of the pandemic and was unable to make it back within the 14 day window; I spend thousands of dollars on swim, they lost a customer and I will be sharing this information with all my social media platforms. Not very smart or reasonable for a boutique to shame a customer I bought a bikini top I was on the fence about and sure enough, after trying to wear it longer than the 5 min it took to try it on, it was falling off and uncomfortable. I tried to return and didnt want to be dishonest so although there were some make up stains that could have come off had I tried to put it through the wash. They accused me of wearing it and as having sand in it just so they didnt have to take it back. Needless to say, no good deed ever goes unpunished and honesty is not the best policy.. I cant recommend this place and warn others to stay away.
