A client owned an unit and had the right of use of an assigned parking space. The unit got rented 5 months ago for a one year term.The lease stated the tenant will have access to the parking space. The unit went under contract, but the buyer did not want to acquire the parking space. The scenario was presented to the association and they informed that if the buyer did not want to acquire the space then, the association will be automatically assigned to the association. It was verbally agreed that in that case, the association was going to honor the right of use of the parking space to the tenant until the end of the current lease. The closing occurred and 10+ days later, Guerline Ormil and Grace Perez, LCAM sent an email stating the tenant will have to pay $100 per month to the association if he wants to use the space. Be aware, this association is very unreliable, and dishonest!

Just in case anyone is planning a nice vacation in this place !!!!! Please read carefully BEFORE MAKING ANY DECISION! I have leaved in this community for 2 Years and here is the problem! Multiple apartment's under constant construction , Welcome to the beautiful word of constant jackhammering, dust and noise non-stop ! five days a week from the morning to the afternoon! CEMENT and dust flying over your head in the balcony! READ THE REVIEWS WITH CAUTION !!!!! MY BUILDING HAS 3 APPARTMENTS UNDER CONSTRUCTION AS OF RIGHT NOW!
