Honestly, we had a bad time. My sister had made a reservation for 3, and when we got there it took a quite a bit of time before we were seated even though we were on time. We were seated in a table with no cups, cutlery, or napkins which would be fine, but it wasn't set at all during our entire meal. The host told us to "sit down, relax, and look at the menu, and someone would be over in 15 minutes for our order" which was fine, they were busy, but he never gave us a menu... So we flagged down a waitress that assisted us and took out order fairly quickly. Unfortunately, that was the only thing "quick" about this meal. One appetizer came out after 20 minutes, and the second one after another 10. After another 15 minutes, each entree came with 20 minutes in between them. During the meal, we asked a server for napkins, since they had never set the table with them, and had paper napkins thrown on our table. I mean, this whole meal was just one rude experience after another. The food was fine, pasta was great, but the sea bass had so many huge spines. I'm no professional chef, but spines that large should be easy to remove. Honestly just a huge disappointment. This restaurant is a waste of money. This is the 3rd time I've been here, and I don't know why I return...

I have been here multiple times and I have always been impressed with the food and service. However, tonights was a complete DISASTER. 20 mintues late to seat us when we had reservations, it took us 15 minutes just to get plates, 30 to get a waiter to even look at us (to which they never gave us a menus we used the parties next to us), 90+ minutes for our food to arrive, and a delay after delay. The best part is the owner who I spoke to about the terrible service, who told me "of you don't want to wait for your food you can leave." Well yes, I will never be returning. The food was excellent but I will not be giving rude and bad management my money. To top it off there is 18% service fee automatically added, which I would have not tipped a dime after this service. I have recommended this restaurant many times for the quality of the food but after tonight I would never recommend it again. While I understand it was Christmas, the owner should have gone around to EACH table and apologized instead of being rude and angry.

We were four friends seeking a five star dining experience, and we were very impressed with the level of professional and warm service. The food was spectacular and everything was delicious. And the drinks hit the spot.
