Worst branch ever. Went in to open a new account, the banker working there basically refused to help because supposedly she had an appointment coming in after 20 minutes. She even refused to give us info about anew account. I felt like we were refused service because of our brown skin. Very rude and racist behavior. I would not recommend this branch to anyone

Had a loan bought out by this company/merger and I had to go to the bank to set up auto pay because it wasn't transferred over, ok no problem, I did that but I guess it took almost 2 months to get to actually work on auto pay, ok so I get paper bills in the mail so I was worried it didn't go through (auto pay) now the complaint I called on 6/25/19 to verify it was on auto pay got 2 people rude to me (I'm trying to pay my bill on time to them) that I was slightly irritated about getting a paper bill when on auto pay you would think its there job to reassure me nicely its ok we got it covered but they both were having bad days which made it worse for me, poor service mega bank thinking of getting away from this bank I do NOT recommend this bank!! to anyone ever!! As Clark Howard say CUSTOMER NO SERVICE GO ELSEWHERE!!

I came with my elderly mother to open a new account. My mother had gotten a letter saying if she opened an account with 20,000, she would be given $550 bonus in 90 days. My father had called and confirmed that this was true. I drove my mom 40 minutes to the branch. We sat with Jodi aruoso and were told rudely that we were not a good fit for this bank. That unless there was a benefit to the bank, the offer would not be honored. My mother asked then why did you send me the letter. They had no answer. And why could they not tell us this over phone, before we drove.
